CEO
and Founder of the Northern Virginia PC Doctor, Erick
J Torres, has been in the IT Field since 2000. A webmaster
and graphic designer, Erick began his own Design Studio (www.etproductions.net)
in Palm Beach County Florida after graduating from Loyola Univeristy
of New Orleans. Using a computer as a way of life can be quite a learning
experience. Through troubleshooting his own PC/OS related problems,
he learned how to build and fix his own computer systems. He serviced
Palm Beach County, FL as an onsite technician for homes and small
businesses. He then decided to move back to the Washington DC Area,
where he grew up, to work as a Linux/Unix Hardware Analyst for America
Online. He is currently working at Real Networks, Inc. as an Application Support Engineer.
His love for fixing
computer systems, relationships with people, and entrepreneurship
led him back to once again owning his own business and serving
the public. His passion for helping others to enjoy technology
as much as he does and teach others from his own experiences,
